learning difficulties, spine deformation, limb deformity, internal organ dysfunction, craniofacial abnormalities, skin abnormalities, tumour formation (especially haemangiomas), joint hypermobility, atlanto-axial subluxation, spinal cord compression (myelopathy), intrauterine or premature death
