Why are somethings done by a computer such as price comparison sites whereas other things must still be done by an actual person like a mortgage
This is because people do not have a trust for AI a machine learning in the same way as people
What is AI
AI is a broad term used to describe a machine programmed to think, react and work like a human
What is machine learning
The ability for a machine or program to learn without being explicitly programmed
What is robotics
A machine that works by itself following a set of rules (not intelligent like AI)

A robot that carries out the same task again and again and includes no AI
