B. Malignant Tumors:

1. Adenocarcinoma

Most common in the duodenum, often near the ampulla of Vater

2. Neuroendocrine Tumors (Carcinoid)

Common in ileum, often secrete serotonin

3. Lymphoma

Usually non-Hodgkin B-cell, often in the ileum

4. Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST)

Arises from interstitial cells of Cajal, commonly in the jejunum/ileum

5. Metastatic Tumors

From melanoma, breast, lung, or colon cancer
