OFFICER IN COMMAND shall cause Apparatus to STOP IMMEDIATELY (non when responding) and have condition corrected by REMOVING LOOSE OR BROKEN LINKS WITH BOLT CUTTERS……

-Chains REPAIRED , upon return to quarters
