Q

ways to prevent social inhibition

A
  1. getting the players familair in playing in front of a crowd
coach should get players to train with distractions of an audeince to get used to being watched-familirarisation
coach could get some unfamilar faces to support-player can get used to being watched na dlearn to cope with it

2.gradually introduce evalusation
as player becomes more experienecd, shuld start to have more asssessments
sheets staistics ad one to one interviews

imporving focus and concentration
players can use selctive attention betterr, by focusing more on relevent info such as the game rather then irrelevent info sucha s the crowds
