What is a manor in the middle ages?
The land of a noble, often consisting of, farmland, a small village, and a castle.
What is the code of chivalry?
A code of honor for knights on how they should act and treat others.
What is superstition?
A belief that is thought to be true without any scientific evidence to back it up.
What is an apprentice?
Someone who is learning a trade.
What is a serf?
A peasant who has sworn allegiance to the Lord or king their servitude and loyalty in exchange for protection.
What is the Holy Land? (The crusades)
Jerusalem is the Holy Land in which the Crusades (wars of the cross) primarily fought for as it was a significant religious place.
What is the Renaissance?
The Italian word for rebirth, it was an age of rapid technological advancement, and the beginning of the modern era.
What is Feudalism?
Feudalism is a system in which you were born into a class, and could do nothing about it, it is severely outdated.
