Define HazMat.

A

HazMat is defined as material that may be leaking, spilled, burning, or released that may endanger life, property, or the environment, defined in the CFR Title 49, parts 100-199.

HazMat is further defined in the ordinance #1986-18-0 (See Sub-Section 111.20).
