It’s the continuous airworthiness maintenance program
It’s to make sure that all parts and accessories and appliances or maintained in the airworthiness condition with in there time limits.
Maintains airworthy conditions by periodic inspections checks service repairs and or preventive maintenance.
Parts or subassemblies of components that do not have specific time intervals shall be checked inspected/overhauled at the same time limitations specified
D084 - Special flight permits with continuous authorization to conduct ferry flights
It authorizes to fly an aircraft that may not be meet airworthiness requirements but is capable to fly safely to a base where necessary maintenance or alterations may be performed
