1. Put sticker on the box to date the receiving date.
2. Visual check a few cards before running the test.
3. Print out the results. Stamp the form and fill out the info on the stamp.
4. Write all the details on the form like how it was written previously.
5. Scan the results and send to Andrea email by choosing the printer symbol and select ABC as for Andrea. Remember to flip over the cover. Select Start.
6. Put the reagent insert with the hand written details and the printout results into the folder.

What to do with sendaway samples (eg Kirksway) after data entering them?

Answer 2

Batch the samples and place into the blue container in the fridge to be picked up by the courier.

Only QC2 to save the amount the QC material.

How to accept Phenocell pre acceptance results ?

Compare to previous results and make sure that there is only +-1 difference.

1. Add BFF test
2. Change the lab for the test and log in lab to HOB.
3. Print the request form.
4. Print the worksheet by going home for Printer and choose Cal.
5. Cross out the top right corner top part for the worksheet which says sendaway labs.
6. Hand write Trop under test requested. Date. Sign. Change to RHH.
7. Batch
8. Results will be faxed.
9. Scan the worksheet.
