This Statement of Agreement is entered into between the City Manager for the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and the Arkansas Fraternal Order of
Police, Lodge #17 (hereinafter referred to as the FOP), and said Agreement shall be effective on the first day of January, 2022, unless otherwise provided herein.
