Hepatotoxicity

Pregnancy
Grapefruit juice (inhibits metabolism of statins)
Severe liver disease

Administration
A
Drugs are all given orally
Preferred to be taken in evening (cholesterol synthesis occurs at night)
Dosages are low, medium, high
LDL reduction by ~30%, ~30-50%, and ~50% respectively
