what are the many ways to stay healthy
exercising regularly, eatinh healthily, having a happy attitude, having a healthy sleep schedule
why is being healthy important
it is essential for good health (it can protect to from chronic diseases and long term illnesses, it can help you stay mentally and physically fit
why exercising?
it helps us feel good and keep our bodies strong, it keeps our hearts active and pumping and it burns fat
what are ways to stay active
walking, playing games/sports, dancing swimming etc.
what are some healthy foods?
fruits and vegetables (5 portions per day), fish and meat (protein), eggs, milk and cheese (dairy)
unhealthy foods?
some unhealthy foods are fine but not too much, it could make us overweight and not feel great: cakes and sweets, chocolate, chips, etc.
what are some unhealthy things people do?
smoking, drinking, bad eating habits, little of sleep , etc.
what do you need to eat to stay healthy (health guide)
30% fruits and vegetables (5 portions per day),
30% potatoes, bread, rice, past and other starchy foods (carbohydrates)
15 % milk, cheese (dairy)
20% beans/pulses, fish, egg, meat (proteins) less processed or red, 2 portions of fish per week
1-5% small amounts of oil and spreads
6-8 cups of water per day
