Sprawdź czy twarz poszkodowanego jest symetryczna czy kącik ust opada lub zwisa
Ask the victim to smile and check if the face is symmetrical or if the corner of the mouth droops or sags
A - Ręce
A - Arms
Poproś poszkodowanego o podniesienie obu rąk i obserwuj czy jedna ręka opada lub nie funkcjonuje prawidłowo
Ask the victim to raise both arms and observe if one arm falls or does not function properly
S - Mowa
S - Speech
Zauważ czy poszkodowany mówi niewyraźnie bełkocze lub ma trudności z wypowiadaniem prostych zdań
Check if the victim speaks unclearly slurs or struggles to say simple sentences
T - Czas
T - Time
Czas jest kluczowy po rozpoznaniu objawów udaru natychmiast zadzwoń po służby medyczne
Time is critical after recognizing stroke symptoms immediately call emergency services

A - Drogi oddechowe
A - Airway
Sprawdź czy drogi oddechowe poszkodowanego są drożne jeśli nie udrożnij je
Check if the victim’s airway is clear if not clear it
B - Oddychanie
B - Breathing
Sprawdź czy poszkodowany oddycha i ile oddechów na minutę wykonuje jeśli nie oddycha wykonaj resuscytację krążeniowo-oddechową
Check if the victim is breathing and how many breaths per minute if they are not breathing perform CPR
C - Krążenie
C - Circulation
Sprawdź czy nie ma krwawienia jeśli jest zatamuj je sprawdź kolor i temperaturę skóry poszkodowanego oraz zapewnij komfort termiczny
Check for bleeding if there is any stop it check the color and temperature of the victim’s skin and ensure thermal comfort
D - Świadomość
D - Disability
Oceń stan świadomości poszkodowanego zadając proste pytania zbierz informacje SAMPLE
Assess the victim’s state of consciousness by asking simple questions gather SAMPLE information
S - Symptomy
S - Symptoms

Ask what happened and what complaints the victim has
