Student 1
Never tire of learning. A student can learn anywhere, any time. This is the secret of knowledge.
Student 2
A good student must be willing to sacrifice for his art and instructor. Many student feel that their training is a commodity bought with monthly dues, and are unwilling to take part in demonstrations, teaching, and working around the dojang. An instructor can afford to lose this kind of student.
Student 3
Always set a good example for lower ranking students. It is only natural they will try to emulate senior students.
Student 4
Always be loyal and never criticize the instructor, taekwondo, or the teaching methods.
Student 5
If an instructor teaches a technique, practice it and attempt to utilize it.
Student 6
Remember that a students conduct outside the dojang reflects the instructor and the art.
Student 7
If an student adopts a technique at another dojang, and the instructor disapproves of it, the student must forget the technique or train at the dojang from which it was learned.
Student 8
Never be disrespectful to the instructor. Though a student is allowed to disagree with the instructor, the student must first follow instruction, then discuss the matter later.
Student 9
A student must be eager to learn and ask questions.

Always be loyal to your instructor
