Q

Guidelines how to keep your brain healthy

A

“• Nutrition is important. Eat healthy foods. Your brain needs proteins such
as nuts, lentils, fish, lean meat, and beans.

• Avoid junk and sugary foods as high sugar levels make it hard for you to study.

• Avoid additives in food such as artificial flavours and colours, MSG and tartrazine. These substances make it difficult for your brain to focus.

• Avoid smoking, drugs and alcohol, as these substances kill your brain cells.
