How does an annual study plan help
• plan ahead
• complete your tasks before the due dates
• avoid cramming the night before your test or exam
• organise yourself
• follow a study timetable
• spend enough time on each subject, with more time on the subjects you
struggle with
Benefits of exercising
• It increases the oxygen flow to
your brain.
• It helps you to think better, be
more alert and remember better.
• It increases your brain neurons’
ability to be formed, to survive
and to resist stress.
Guidelines how to keep your brain healthy
“• Nutrition is important. Eat healthy foods. Your brain needs proteins such
as nuts, lentils, fish, lean meat, and beans.
• Avoid junk and sugary foods as high sugar levels make it hard for you to study.
• Avoid additives in food such as artificial flavours and colours, MSG and tartrazine. These substances make it difficult for your brain to focus.
• Avoid smoking, drugs and alcohol, as these substances kill your brain cells.
