Understand bail conditions and consequences of breaching them?

A

Bail conditions must be relevant, reasonable and enforceable to offence (can’t put a no drinking bail on them if they havnt been intoxicated while offence occurred etc) .
If bail conditions are breached then you can arrest and they stay in custody until they are put before court.

Police bail without conditions if Attending court is only condition it must be brought before the court within 14 days .
