  • Commands are deeply personal indication that Macbeths identity is now intertwined with his unchecked ambition and his hamartia and his belief that he is truly invincible.
  • Macbeth is now blinded by the irresistible allure of his ambition that he now no longer realises the danger or consequences of his actions, both in allisitiong help from the supernatural and being associated with them but in committing regicide and going against god.
  • Could also now show familiarity with the witches if they both now become agents of the devil as almost “friends”
