Lindstroem et al- delivered L-DOPA to ppts and gave them a PET scan (10 with sz, 10 w/o), found those with sz took L-DOPA up far quicker than those without- supports they have more D2 receptors.
Falkai et al conducted PMs on those with sz, found they had more dopamine activity than those without sz, suggesting there is correlation between excess dopamine and sz
