A
  1. Size, shape, colour
  2. Where?
  3. Single or multiple
  4. How long has it been there?
  5. Mobile or attached to underlying tissues?
  6. Increasing in size?
  7. Sessile or pedunculated?
  8. Texture: Soft, firm, rubbery, fluctuant, bony hard
  9. Overlying mucosa: Ulcerated, smooth, lobulated
  10. Bleed? Pulsatile?

  1. Fast growing
  2. Indurated/firm
