Anytime when shooting unguided ordinance. Diving fire is the most accurate form of fire for unguided ordnance.
What does a low altitude bump offer to the user?
Maximized benefit of both running and diving fire
Why would someone utilize running/diving IP?
It allows the AMC time and space to set up an attack by establishing an IP.
