Power up to gear up
From engines turned on to gear up

When will CC be released from their seats?
A
-At 10,000 feet
-A double chime will sound meaning you can leave seat and start service
-If double chime not heard then stay seated
-Interphone to gally 1 start of service- inform FSM

What must you do when you take your crew seats for take off?
A
-Adopt semi brace position
-Complete 30 second review and locate ABP’s near to them for potential emergency situations, mentally run through emergency procedures
