Elizabath I/Spanish Armada

Elizabeth ruled over England, and also made the area protestant. The ruler of Spain, Charles V, was not happy with this because he wanted the area to be fully Catholic. When England ended up rebelling against his rule, he sent a fleet of ships, known as the Spanish Armada, to attack. In the end, England rebelled again, and won this battle.
