• AFD not within limits then reduce thermal power to <50% RTP within 30mins

3.1.5 Shutdown Bank Insertion Limits

Mode 1 and mode 2 with any control bank not fully inserted

One or both shutdown banks not within insertion limits then verfiy SDM within limits of COLR (borate if necessary to restore SDM) within 1 hour

3.1.6 COntrol bank Insertion limits

MOde 1 and mode 2 with Keff>=1.0

Answer 3

Each control bank shall be within the insertion seqence and overlap limits specified in the COLR.
Control Bank Insertion limits not met then: Verify SDM within COLR (Borate if neccessary) within 1 hour.
Restore to within insertion limits within 1 hour.
Sequence or overlap limits not met then the same.
