The camera (CAM) display switch on the display select panel (DSP) is pushed to display the ground maneuver camera system video on a multifunction display (MFD). The system is powered whenever airplane DC and AC electrical power is available and the In-Flight Entertainment System/Passenger Seats (IFE/PASS SEATS) Power Switch is ON.
Therefore if conducting a Positioning Ferry Flight, the camera will…. function. 
To display ground maneuvering camera system video images while viewing surveillance video, select an appropriate MFD, and press CAM on the display select panel twice.

For modified -200ER, modified -300ER (G-STBA – G-STBF) and -300ER (G-STBG – G-STBP), the main tank fuel jettison system’s pumps power the fuel scavenge system’s jet pumps and the shutoff valves are not installed. If a jet pump is inoperative, or if the associated main tank jettison pump is inoperative, or if the fuel jettison system is deactivated, the……………..is inoperative.

A u/s Main Jettison Pumps has implications for a diversion. Unless it’s late in a flight, you may well have to land overweight as you can’t jettison fuel. You therefore need to check with Maintrol for engineering cover. If none, you may be stuck there a day or two!

With the Fuel Scavenge system being u/s aswell, you have lost some endurance equivalent to the fuel trapped in the centre tank….about 1090kg (in a 200 series).

AOA VANE L/R status message:-

If an error greater than four degrees (nose up) occurs on the remaining operational AOA vane, then the stick shaker may activate when stall conditions do not actually exist. In addition, the maximum and minimum speed indications on the PFD may come together. In general, this error will be detected within 20 seconds by the ADIRS and the remaining AOA vane rendered inoperative. The stall warning function will then resume normal operation using other signals within the ADIRS. Therefore brief:-

A

1) Likely Pitch/Power combinations, particularly on T/O. Then cruise and descent.
2) If outside of these, then we will initiate stall recovery manoeuvre.

1 cabin crew member will be assigned on any B777 cargo operation with cargo only in the hold and with just 2 pilots.

This additional cabin crew member is crucially not present for firewatch (as we have no underlying need for this in our operations) but instead to be present to respond to any………….., or other alerts - allowing the 2 operating pilots to focus on the primary task of flying the aircraft.
