PP and CR Law Method
Double-tube angulation
15 degrees caudad and 15 degrees anteriorly
True Lateral
RP Law Method
Double tube angulation
enters approximately 2 inches posterior, and 2 inches superior, to the EAM and exits the downside mastoid process.
PP and SS Modified Law Method
Single-tube angulation
Mastoid air cells, the lateral portion of the petrous pyramid, the superimposed (IAM) and EAM.
MSP 15
PP of Stenvers
forehead, nose, cheek with the side examined closest to the IR.
MSP 45 to IR
CR Stenvers
12 degrees cephalad
RP Stenvers

10 degrees caudad
RP Arcelin
enters 1 inch anterior and ¾ inch superior to EAM.
