What is user experience (UX) and why it important
User experience is a concept to focus on how user interact with a product, system or service, it aim to create better experience for the user, well designed id lead to better usage engagement
Discuss the principles of UX like usability, function, accessibility, desirability and value
Usability: How easy the product to use
Function: basic feature of the software that perform the thing it need to do
Accessibility: ensure that the product is usable by people with disabilities or abilities
Desired: the product aesthetic aspect of software to create emotional response in user
Value: assess the software that meet the need of the user and it provide value
What important about data confidentiality and how it achieve by data visualisation
It ensure sensitive information is only accessible to authorities user. In data visualisation it means preventing unauthorised user access to raw data , stopping them to modifying to report and accessing to sensitive insights
Benefit and drawbacks of role-based access control (RBAC)
RBAC restrict access on user role, for example a role of financial can edit report while the intern only see summary and it enhance security and complex to manage

Multi factor authentication (MFA)
It require multiple verification step
It strengthens security
Can slow down access
