Other Signage Requirements?

A

Pharmacies INSIDE another store= Reasonable-sized sign in highly observable spot that indicates pharmacy inside

All pharmacies that dispense Schedule II-V medications must sell prescription lock boxes at each store location (does not include institution pharmacies or a pharmacy department).

The pharmacy must have a sign on/near counter that advertises the sale

  • Must be 4 inches by 5 inches
  • Must state: “Lock boxes for securing your prescription medications are available at this pharmacy”
