7
Q

What innervates sphincter pupillae?

A

Parasympathetic fibres that hitchhike the occulomotor nerve (CNIII)

Tropicaminde

Mydriasis

9
Q

Name a sympathomimetic and its effect

A

Phenylephrine

Mydriasis

10
Q

Name a muscarinic agonist and its effect

A

Pilocarpine

Miosis

11
Q

What happens to the sphincter pupillae with age?

A

Becomes fibrostic

12
Q

What happens to the dilator pupillae with age?

A

Becomes atrophic
