A

Hitler led an unsuccessful putsch (revolt/uprising) to take over the government.

A

60,000 French and Belgian troops marched into the Ruhr and seized control of all mines, factories and railways.

A

140 Germans dies in clashes with the troops. Germany economy suffered because people from the Ruhr went on strike.

What was hyper-inflation?

A

The government prints more and more money to pay workers and to pay its debts. Prices rise at an incredible rate. At one stage an egg costs 80 million marks.
