Q

How could the Theory of Planned behaviour be used to reduce addiction?

A
  1. Changing behavioural attitude - creating different attitude towards addiction - bad for health/doesn’t help achieve goals
  2. Changing subjective norms - giving data about how many people actually engage in risky behaviour
  3. Changing perceived behavioural control - helping addicts focus on willpower & effort
