Influence- can make positive/negative decisions about the work of the charity.

Interest- want their donation to be used wisely.
Influence- can decide not to donate again in future.
What is the interest and influence of volunteers?
Interest- want to gain experience/skills from helping the charity.
Influence- can leave for paid position at any time.
What is the interest and influence of recipients of the help?
Interest- wnt to receive continued support.
Influence- can misuse received funding from the charity.
What is the interest and influence of employees?
Interest- want to receive a fair wage for the work that they do.
Influence- can offer good/bad service to users.
