prior intracranial hemorrhage, known structural cerebral vascular lesion, known malignant intracranial neoplasm, ischemic stroke within 3 months, suspected aortic dissection, active bleeding or bleeding diathesis, significant closd head trauma or faial trauma in last 3 months
