A

Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Hyperplasia due to Hypothyroidism, Excess TSH, Thyroid Cancer

A

Not really, 90% are benign

Symptoms

A

Usually asymptomatic, generally coincidental and seen in the mirror, may have symptoms of hypo/hyper, dysphagia, hoarse voice, pain

A

It moves on swallowing and tongue protrusion

What is the treatment?

A

Treat the cause, thyroidectomy, leave alone if asymptomatic
