- Terbinafine topical (lamisil)
- Manage Risk factors such as foot hygiene

How long should treatment be for?
A
- Twice a day for two weeks
- Consult with pharmacist
- Usually a shorter regime is more compliant

What advice would you give to aid in prevention?
A
- Good foot hygiene
- Hyperhidrosis is predisposing factor in this patient

If infection was in nails is it common to request m&c? microscopy and culture?
A
- False negative with M&C
- important to not get health nail but rather get the nail underneath
