A

Insomnia,
Obstructive sleep apnoa,
Parasomnias
Restless leg syndrome
Other causes include: excess caffeine, pain, LUTS

What are the differentials for fatigue?

A
  • Congestive heart failure, IHD
  • COPD, Sarcoidosis
  • Autoimmune diseases,
  • Pregnancy
  • Anaemia,
  • Infections (glandular fever, lymes)
  • Malignancy

  • Any SOB, oedema,
  • Changes to bowel habits, blood loss,
  • menorrhagia,
