collimate to include the distal phalanx and the metatarsophalangeal joint

foot is rotated 90 degrees so that medial aspect is in contact with the IR
rest of the toes taped to pull them back from the great toe

centring at the metatarsophalangeal joint with collimation including the distal phalanx, 1st metatarsal and the plantar and dorsal skin margins
