How to get from side control to a head and arm choke

A
  1. Pull up on his far arm, to allow you to get deep with your cross face, grabbing cloth under his armpit, move up his body so that your L elbow and knee connect.
  2. From an underhook of his far arm, w/ ur R arm - spider finger up, then drive ur weight into that arm, untill you get that elbow up to his shoulder line
  3. go knee on belly
  4. Keep driving his far elbow up past his shoulder line untill you can cup his head with your R hand
  5. Go to full mount, grab your R tricep with your left hand
  6. drive your shoulder into his left arm, and get your ear behind that tricep, put your foreheard on his left temple/
  7. come off the mount onto his left side, and adject grip to a gable grip
  8. turn the steering wheel to choke.

JT Mount attacks

A
  1. From low mount, ouce they go for your hips- ezekeil. (3-4 fingers inside the sleeve, shoot you hand over to the opposite side of neck (a la paper cutter), posture up and push.
  2. Get his elbows up over his head (spider walk) - put your thumbs in his collar to secure them. When your ready, jump to high mount, and aim to attack the arm thats on top.
  3. mount chokes, his left collar, staying low, keep the collar with your left hand (with your hand behind his neck), with fist put your right hand acroos his neck securing the cross collar, put your elbow on his sternum. reach around over his head and grab the preloosened collar, appl choke

  1. From a low mount loosen the collar.
  2. work up to a high mount, and penetrate the collar, getting your punching knuckles to the mat.
  3. slide back down to a low mount and re-establish your base.
  4. walk your free hand across passed his centre line to the otherside
  5. Put your elbow on the ground
  6. use your chest and elbow to push his head in the direction of your choking arm
  7. Get your thumb in behind his collar, working for a tight grip
  8. pop your forearm over his neck, put your forehead on the ground, above his head
