any two from: Japan help assist the Philippines with tracking the typhoon. - The governments PSWS (Public Storm Warning System) was used to warn people across the country. Originally only a level 1 warning given. - Those that were in areas at risk of flooding or landslides were evacuated to safer areas. - Military planes and helicopters ordered to the region to help with the aid effort.
