This is a chemical method, which KILLS SPERM making the vagina and cervix unfavorable for sperm to be in (more effective when you use a condom too)

This type of method prevents the sperm from reaching oviducts and prevents STD

This method is used in females and has two flexible rings with seath, one fits the cervix and the other covers the external female organs
Vaginal puch (female condom)
This method is fixed over the cervix with spermicides, It is made of rubber and should be inserted 6 hours before intercourse (doesn’t prevent STD)
Diaphragm
This method consists of not having sex on days of ovulation (3 before and 3 after) but it won’t be effective if the woman has an irregular cycle
