what features do animals have?
-multicellular
-no chloroplast, so can’t photosynthesise

-have chloroplasts, so can photosynthesise
-have cell walls made of cellulose
-store carbohydrates as starch or sucrose
what features do fungi have?
-can be unicellular eg yeast
-can be multicellular eg cucor
-have cell walls made of chitin
-no chloroplast
-feed by secreting enzymes onto food, then absorbing it
-store carbohydrates as glycogen
What features do protoctists have?
-microscopic and single celled
-a mixed group that don’t fit clearly into another group
What features do bacteria have?
-single celled
-no nucleus
-some photosynthesise some don’t
-have cell wall, cell membrane, cytoplasm and a loop of DNA
