  • S/Sx: HypoTN, Brady, Arrhythmia, CNS depression
  • Antidotes: Atropine (dec HR), Calcium (for CCB), Vasopressor (Norepi for BP, Epi for HR), Glucagon (3-10mg IVBolus), High Dose Insulin (drip at 0.5-1unit/kg/hr + Dextrose)

  • S/Sx: NMS, EPS, SS
  • EPS Tx: Benztropine IM or Benadryl IV/IM, then PO
  • NMS Tx: D/C agent, rapid external cooling, Tx w/ Benzo + Dantrolene
  • Serotonin Syndrome: D/C agent, add Benzo, aggressive cooling + Cyproheptadine
