- S/Sx: HypoTN, Brady, Arrhythmia, CNS depression
- Antidotes: Atropine (dec HR), Calcium (for CCB), Vasopressor (Norepi for BP, Epi for HR), Glucagon (3-10mg IVBolus), High Dose Insulin (drip at 0.5-1unit/kg/hr + Dextrose)

A
- S/Sx: CNS depression, Brady, HypoTN, respiratory depression
- Antidote: Flumazenil (use in caution in pts w/ seizures)

Digoxin Toxicity
A
- S/Sx: vision change, brady, arrhythmia, hyperK
- Antidote: Digibind (Digoxin Immune Fab)
- TBL = mg Dig ingested x 0.8 –> TBL/0.5 = # Digibind vials to admin

- S/Sx: NMS, EPS, SS
- EPS Tx: Benztropine IM or Benadryl IV/IM, then PO
- NMS Tx: D/C agent, rapid external cooling, Tx w/ Benzo + Dantrolene
- Serotonin Syndrome: D/C agent, add Benzo, aggressive cooling + Cyproheptadine
