- Vision /hearing - can change a lot ~17yo. Ear buds – loud music can cause permanent hearing loss). Update vision Rx while still on insurance!

- Pelvic exam: yes maybe if they haven’t had and first can be w/someone they’re comfortable with. Pap at 21
