Acute vs chronic rejection

A

acute- endothelitis, eosinophils, portal,central, or previventual veins

Chronic - ductopenia –> increase immunosupression (elevated ALK phos. evalted bilirubin, GGT)

Chronic rejection is not steriod responsive
