A
Analgesia
Compress
Pull forward
Dorsal slit if all else fails

A
Most managed conservatively if patient haemodynamically stable

A
Need CTU
Mostly managed with stenting
Surgical reconstruction is rare

A
Do not catheterise urethrally - SPC
Cystourethrogram & delayed repair
