2- close head injury; traction injury or entrapment within a fracture.➡️
Peripheral ;
Distal ACA ➡️ falcine edge
distal cortical artery aneurysm➡️ skull fracture or growing skull fracture
At base ICA ➡️
Petrous segment c2 ,
cavernous e C4 ( CSS , CCF ) 👃 🩸 with sphenoid sinus fracture
c6 supracliniod
