  - Breathing - Red
• Breathing - Respiratory Rate
  - <15 or >45 - Red
  - 15 - 45 - Check pulse
• No Pulse - Red
• Pulse - AVPU
  - P (inappropriate) Posturing, or U - Red
  - A,V, or P Appropriate - Yellow
