Q

what’s the difference between turbine blades and compressor blades?

A

turbine blades need to be cooled and are fitted to a turbine, compressor blades don’t need to be cooled and are fitted to a compressor… turbine blades are normally air cooled

Q

what is the difference between the turbine on a turbojet compared to the turbine on a turboprop or turboshaft?
