RISOM scapula elevation, depression, protraction, retraction
- pt side-lying
RISOM shoulder horizontal abduction
pt supine, sh & elb flexed 90° with sh IR and forearm neutral (can also be done sitting with same arm position)

pt supine, sh & elb flexed 90° with sh IR and forearm neutral (can also be done sitting with same arm position)
RISOM shoulder flexion
pt supine shoulder 0° ( i.e. next to the trunk) elb flex 90°, forearm neutral (can also be done sitting with same arm position)
RISOM shoulder extension
pt supine shoulder 0° ( i.e. next to the trunk) elb flex 90°, forearm neutral (can also be done sitting with same arm position)

- Tested supine as a group (pect major, lat dorsi, teres major)
- Use gravity negligeable grid
