What does personalisation mean?
Personalisation means where an individual has their Owen strengths, preferences wishes and aspirations
What does equality mean?
Treating people differently to receive the same outcome
What does ‘fair access to care services mean’ ?
These are different guidelines to protect authorities with a framework for stating individuals eligibility
What’s is an individual budget?
Helps to access people’s care needs thoroughly and accurately to avoid duplicates
How do some local authorities not support personalisation?
-there could be insufficient funding for services
-there may be no longer a range of services available

What is the Purpose of. Review meeting?
To look at relationships to ensure they are effective
What is a care plan?
A care plan helps to set out new targets and responsibilities for individuals
How can the individual be made to feel comfortable in their meeting?
-by introducing them selves
-set up informally
-having a meeting in a location and at a time the individual feels more comfortable in
What’s the importance of a review meeting?
Putting the individual at the centre of the meeting and building and sharing different information
How to plan and prepare for a review meeting?
Understating the role of the facilitator as they help to lead on questions to ask the device user
