What information do they need on basic health check sheet?
- skin
- coat (if any dry)

What is Cherry eye
Cherry eye is when prolapse of the 3rd eye lid gland causing it to be swollen and being red
Eye prolapse
The displacement or bulging of the eyes to come out of the socket often due to truman
Diabetes
A condition where you can’t properly regulate your blood sugars
Alpecia
Hair loss that can occur due to genetics, hormonal imbalance, infections and parasites.
BOAS
Brachyecephalic obstructive airway syndrome. Respiratory condition commonly in flat noses breeds which at bull dogs and pugs. Where the airway is obstructed causing it difficult to breath snoring.
Blindness
The loss of bison due to various causes such at cataracts, glacoma, retina degeneration or injury. Dogs may exhibit symptoms like numbing into objects
PRA
Progressive retinal atrophy. A genetic condition causing gradual degeneration in the retina, leading to vision loss and eventually blindness
Cataracts
Cloudiness of the eye lenses and leading to vision impediment or blindness. Can be inherited or caused by aging
Epilepsy
A neurological disorder caused by recurrent seizures. It can be genetic or caused by a brain injury, infection somewhere or toxin exposure
GDV
Gastric dilation-volvulus. It is a life threatening condition where the stomach twists, trapping gas and fluids. It can cause severe pain
Crushing disease
A hormonal disorder caused by an overproduction of cortisol leading to symptoms such as increased thirst, urination
